Refund Policy

​General Store Policy

1. Governing Law: The order cancellation policy shall be subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: the "Consumer Protection Law"), and nothing in the sections below shall derogate from its provisions.

2. Exchanges and Store Credit: Products purchased at the chain stores may be exchanged, or a store credit may be issued, within 14 days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of an invoice, exchange slip, or the original receipt.

3. Preservation of Cancellation Rights: Following an exchange, if the consumer still meets the conditions for transaction cancellation under the Consumer Protection Law, they will retain the option to receive a financial refund, less cancellation fees as prescribed by law. An exchange does not revoke or void the original right to cancel the transaction.

4. Jewelry Refunds: Financial refunds for jewelry shall be granted only for purchase amounts up to 3,000 ILS, upon presentation of a purchase invoice or exchange slip, and strictly within 2 business days from the date of purchase.

5. Business Days Defined: For the purposes of this policy, business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays, official days of rest, and holiday eves. Fridays and holiday eves shall not be considered business days, unless the business is fully open and operational on those days.

6. Product Condition: No product will be accepted if its original packaging is materially damaged, if it has been used beyond reasonable inspection, or if it is in a condition that prevents it from being resold as new. The Company reserves the right to claim damages in the event of a depreciation in the product’s value resulting from unreasonable use.

7. Timing of Refunds: Financial refunds will not be processed immediately at the time the transaction is canceled.

8. Cash Purchases: Refunds for purchases originally paid for in cash will be issued via check made out to the name appearing on the purchase invoice.

9. Standard Cancellation Fees: Financial refunds will be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.

10. Clearing Fees: For transactions paid via credit card, checks, or direct debit, an additional 2% clearing fee will be charged, provided that a 2% clearing fee was charged to the business after the transaction was executed.

11. Location: All exchanges, store credits, and financial refunds must be processed exclusively at the chain’s physical branches.

12. Exclusions (Custom Orders): No financial refunds, exchange permits, or store credits will be granted for products delivered under a special order, custom measurements, special specifications, repairs, or spare parts.

13. Exclusions (Payment Methods): Financial refunds will not be granted if the payment was made using shopping vouchers, gift cards, old gold, insurance vouchers, credit vouchers, or rechargeable magnetic cards.

14. Eilat Branch Jurisdiction: Store credit or financial refunds at the Eilat branch will be granted exclusively for purchases originally made at the Eilat branch.

Transaction Cancellation – For Website Purchases Only

Right to Cancel:

Order cancellation policies are subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and nothing in this section shall derogate from it. A transaction may be canceled from the date of the transaction up to 14 days from the date of receiving the product, or from the date of receiving the document detailing the transaction details (the "Disclosure Document") – whichever is later.

In a remote sales transaction conducted with a consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant (Oleh Hadash), the consumer may cancel the transaction within four months from the date it was made, from the date of receiving the asset, or from the date of receiving the Disclosure Document, whichever is later, provided that the transaction involved a conversation between the business and the consumer, including a conversation via electronic communication.

How to Submit a Cancellation Notice:

Cancellation notices may be submitted via email to: EYAL.SHLAFROCK@GMAIL.COM, by phone at: 03-6127788, or in person at the Company's offices in the Diamond Exchange (Borsa). Whether submitted orally or in writing, the cancellation notice must include the customer's name, ID number, and order number.

Standard Cancellation (Not Due to Defect):

Upon cancellation of a transaction not due to a defect or non-conformity, the consumer’s funds will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, less a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ILS (whichever is lower). This refund excludes the cost of express delivery (up to 5 days). The consumer shall return the jewelry/product in its original packaging. The Company reserves the right to claim damages if the value of the item has decreased due to significant deterioration in its condition. The right of cancellation does not apply, inter alia, to perishable goods or goods manufactured specifically for the customer.

Cancellation Due to Defect or Breach:

If the order cancellation is due to a defect in the supplied product, a non-conformity between the product/service and the details provided to the customer regarding its specifications, non-delivery of the product on time, or any other breach of contract by the Company, the customer shall act to cancel the order as soon as possible using one of the methods listed above. The customer’s funds will be fully refunded within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, and the product will be returned to the business at the Company's expense.

In any event of cancellation, a copy of the cancellation notice will be provided to the consumer.

Website Exchanges & Store Credit:

• Product Exchange: Without derogating from the above, an item purchased from this website may be exchanged for an item of equal value to the actual amount paid (less the paid shipping fees) within 14 days of receiving the item. This is subject to company policy as detailed in the regulations, and provided that no special order was made and the product was not used.

• Exchange for a Personal Credit Voucher: Any item purchased on this website can be exchanged or converted into a personal credit voucher within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with company policy. The credit voucher will be valid for use for 4 months from its date of issue. This option is conditional upon the item not being a special order and the product being unused.
